Public engagement plays an important role in shaping The Bend. 3C Lakeshore Inc. is committed to working with local residents, businesses, and community partners to help guide a development that reflects the evolving needs of the waterfront.
An Official Plan Amendment has been submitted to the City of Toronto to support the overall Master Plan for the site, along with a Zoning By-law Amendment specific to Phase 1. Full submission materials are available on the City’s website.
